Shipping Policy

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders Above Rs. 699/-.

However a minimum amount of Rs.100 will be chargeable on all orders under Rs.699. The large majority of our orders will ship within 2 or 3 working days of the order received, and delivered in 5-7 days from shipping. Handwork Poshak and kundan work poshak will take approx 5-6 days to get ready and shipped. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

 

Do you offer free Shipping?

 

Yes, we do. All orders of Rs. 699 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 100 is applied on orders below.

 

Cash on delivery available?

 

Currently we are not offering cash on delivery. It will be available after some time.

 

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on TIME.

 

We currently deliver across all the states in India.

 

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.

 

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
